My name is Ehab. I look forward to having a higher degree of consciousness, and be (rather than become) one with the divine. I tend to have periods of bliss alternating with periods of intense self inquiry. Overall, I don't have emotional swings. I just have these periods when I find myself surrounded with tens of questions about who I am, and what shall I be doing (or being!!)!! This New Year's Eve for example was one of these periods I mentioned. I went through self inquiry with a lot of emotions being resurrected when I am around people. I have never practiced Yoga. I was so busy, (or may be I faked busy-ness as well) and didn't have the chance to receive a good training in Yoga. I have always been a fan of meditation, and many esoteric, healing, and self improvement methods, in particular the Release Technique devised by the late giant Lester Levenson.bThe absolute materialist Lester Levenson was sent to die in peace after he had a massive heart attack. With death looking fiercely into his eyes, he started a process of rigorous and intense self inquiry, to be healed completely and fully within a period of three months. And along with his healing, he saw himself being identified with every one and every thing in the universe. He felt an ever lasting joy welling up every second from inside, as he describes it. Lester knew nothing on that time about spiritual stuff. Faced with death, he had to go into a ruthless journey of self inquiry about the meaning of life, love, happiness, death, etc. In Lester's autobiography, he recounts that the more he self-inquired, the more he felt lighter and lighter, and the more he felt a surge of a universal energy traversing him. He kept shooking for three days. He was so invigorated that he could go for days walking in the streets of New York without a single nap. This drew my attention that what he was experiencing was nothing less than full awakening of his own Kundalini. I also am a physician, and reached a point where I feel I have to liberate myself. I am not desperate, but so determined. I feel that every doctor -every doctor- has to awaken his Kundalini/Higher Self awareness to be able to offer the best of his own beingness. For me, the intensity, ability, regenerative power, and beauty of the human is beyond a shadow of doubt. This intensity must be considered by every doctor. It is not an illusion. It is a fact (at least for me!!) When doctors awaken their Kundalini, they; a) Will help heal diseases at their core. b) Prevent the epidemic of negative energy being transferred from one patient to the other. c) Raise the level of consciousness of the whole humanity.. I would love to awaken my Kunadalini right now where I am, and where I will be. Of course, one has to dedicate time, energy, and resources, but I feel an internal call to awaken it now. Thank you so much. Much love and blessings Ehab
