Guest guest Posted December 23, 2008 Report Share Posted December 23, 2008 Hi all I am going through a big emotional roller coaster ride… sometimes ill be in the high and sometimes just the other side. At times I feel so excited about something like work or home or spiritual learning as if I can just do it in no time… and I jump around. Then after sometime after the energy has come down I become so down tat nothing is possible and I was just a fool to think I can do this. And when it comes to feelings and emotional things its very very high….. I sometimes I get so emotional that I get all sort of crapy emotional things to be so real and I get carried away,. Else I become so stone like … I wil be seeing as if there is no touch of emotions there….. Anything particular thing for me to do so that I can be able to go through this better??
