Guest guest
Yes one can breathe through the crown chakra. Even to the point of moving the hair as the " energy " flows in and out. This is a natural way of energetic respiration and is a natural component of the Kundalini " when " a person reaches that state. (warning) Not to be forced for the purpose of phenomena! You only get one crown chakra per lifetime. It is for the Kundalini not the Chi. (Not saying this to you Skoogle.) - blessings Skoogle. - chrism , Skoogle Msb <skoogle_msb wrote: > > Happy new year 2009 !!

Guest guest
Hello, Shiva. I know chrism is away for a bit so I will just say that he has warned that it can give a person a headache breathing through the crown. You do it at that risk. Other than that I don't think he says NOT to do it, just that you might not want to. Guest guest
For you my friend yes I would discourage it. But you are a free man and if your intuition - as separate from your desires - tells you to do it. Well then you know what to do. - blessings Shiva K!- chrism , mr.shivak wrote: hey dear chrism do u warn or discourage not to breathe through crown chakra. regards shiva m
