Two different energies?

Yesterday, I felt a growing pressure at the base of my spine which grew to a

slightly painful

level, and I tried to remove the blockage visually, and, then meditation with no

success. Then,

I laid on the bed and just relaxed and started to doze off when I felt the

blockage release and

the energy blew up through me and out the crown chakra. It felt like wind, and

it felt as

though it would almost blow my hair around as it blew out the crown chakra. This

was what I

would describe as un-animated, simple energy, not Kundalini. There was no

residual effect

other than a slight buzzing tinnitus effect the rest of the day. K-energy, for

me, flows in

more of a liquid density, and is felt equally in the heart center, as well as

the brain/mind.

There are residual heart-effects of bliss, and brain sensations of pressure in

the center of the

brain as if re-wiring is under way. With what I suspect as chi, as yesterday,

the sensation is

less dense, and feels like a tingly wind movement. I have noticed that visual

phenomena do

increase with the presence of chi, as well as Kundalini. Once again, however,

there is a

difference in the phenomena. It is hard to verbalize the difference, but, I

would say the chi-

based phenomena, for me, is impersonal and visual only, where K-based visuals

are more

personal in nature and accompanied by heart-based intuitive knowing, if that

makes any

sense.
