Guest guest
(please see *****) Good. These are all very good Ehab. Now let us look at what you didnt mention - lol! Meditation and alternate nostil breathing and the locks (bandhas). Please do this at the end of each session of the 5 Tibetans. You may have a slightly elevated respiration. Or watch this video: Please use this as a fulcrum for the alternate nostril breathing. As you breathe in the left nostril closing off the right switch the nostrils after hold for a short time and then exhale through the right nostril then inhale through the right and briefly hold then exhale through the left and switch again and so forth. This will bring you to a state of relaxation. As you feel your breathing normalize and then become elongated or more relaxed and deeper let yourself come to the point of relaxed attention. Close your eyes and bring them up and to the center of the bridge of your knows. This will be up and slightly inward for both eyes. Lock your thumb tip and fore finger tips together on both hands. Bring the tip of your tongue up to the fleshy mound behind your upper front teeth. Tilt your neck and head slightly downward towards your chest stretching the spine. Breathe normally through the nose. Deep and steady and as you do so repeat the mantra for the inhale " I am at one with the all that I am " and at the top of the breath hold and repeat the same mantra and then exhale with the same mantra and repeat this process. Do this meditation for as long as you can in addition to the other qualities you have mentioned. Do this at least once a day and try for as along a time period as you can but make it last at least twenty minutes minimum. - blessings to you Ehab! *****This is specifically for those who have had little to no experience with the Kundalini. For those who have had experience this needs to be modified for your person s9ituation with in the awakening. , Ehab Sherif <ihabsmart wrote: >Thank you so much Chrism. Guest guest
Dear Chrism, I have tried the nostril breathing you just described below, eyes rolled up, fingers locked, tongue elevated, and the first time I tried it I felt like there is a calling inside me to calm down, and be centered. A few tears welled up in my eyes. I am specifically sensitive when I say " I am at one with the all that I am. " I started a diary today concerning awakening my Kundalini. I shall raise any questions here should they arise. I am trying to get more and more in tune with the whole group. Thank you so much Chrism. You are such a blessing to humanity. Thank you.
