Guest guest
I have a few questions regarding the tibetans ,kundalini yoga and breathing techniques . My understanding is that kriyas may come to someone with an awaken kundalini , that contort and stretch the body as kundalini see's fit . Kriya's are the foundation that many of the tibetans and kundalini yoga originate from , or that is my understanding . I understand the use of these for someone with an awaken kundalini but what purpose does it serve for those who have yet to awaken ? Kundalini comes when it is time and does not allow the ego to interfere with it's agenda , is my understanding . Is it correct to say that Kundalini will come when it is the right time no matter how much one desires , meditates or follows yoga postures . Can these desires and daily postures for kundalini lead to emotional distress if kundalini does not come ? How does shaktipat coincide with the kundalini's agenda . From my understandings a person with kundalini can be given a gift to initiate an transference of kundalini to awaken another . Could this lead to negative aspects such as the kundalini syndrome if the person receiving the shaktipat is not ready for his or her kundalini to awaken ? How does breathing techniques such as alternate nostril breathing or others allow for a kundalini awakening ?
