Guest guest
Is it common for the knees to swell during K activation? I read the symptoms posts in detail and the pain in the legs (especially the left leg) was mentioned. I did my 5 T's and my meditation yesterday morning and then out of the blue, with no warning, my left knee swelled up (looks like water retention). No pain at all,,, just a little discomfort. I didn't do the 5Ts today (so I could rest the knee and make sure the swelling went down). Still looks like a mini melon. Here's hoping that its part of the journey and will subside soon. Love and regards Krish
Guest guest
Yes swelling and flexation issues can be attributed to an awakening but it isnt that common. Please review how gung ho you are in doing the five T's and if you are hyper expressive meaning you are really putting yourself to the task. If so after the swelling subsides please pull back in the enthusiastism and also when doing the third Tibetan is there alot of weight on your knees? If so give your knees a break by padding them or wearing something that will not make the hardness of the floor and the weight of the body come to rest too dispassionately on the knees. - , " scorpio92600 " <scorpio92600 wrote: > > Is it common for the knees to swell during K activation? I have similar symptoms on my right side, but it is definitely more intense and uncomfortable on the left. Sorry if I sound like an uneducated fool, I'm on an energy drink, I'm current;y homeless, only 19, jobless, and need to get back to school badly!!
