The light that I thought was cutting my tongue base, was actually something going on my head I believeFor the last two days, I had rapid movements inside my brain, as if everything inside my skull is moving.I have experienced that while it moved many times in clockwise, there were times it turned anticlockwise and settled.Regarding, the energy above the head - I feel energy growing above my head.It is like energy builds up on the top of the head for 3s, stops and then again grows. After sometime, the entire circuity built falls down on my head. Also, the heights reached on top of the head is increasing day by day.I only feel all this.I am not able to see any of the chakras, no colors yet.~ Eagerly waiting for some vision so that I can see all

this.CheersSkoogle

I believe kundalini will cause an realignment of the cranial plates .

As kundalini works in this area so will an increase of meningeal fluid

and a need of an expansion of the cranial plates . The build up of

pressure in the skull as kundalini realigns and expands the cranial

plates can be accompanied with headaches attimes . I believe this a

part of the process and will pass in time . I have read that some use

craniosacral therapy to help relieve some of the headaches during the

alignment of cranial plates to give room for the increased flow of

kundalini . My advice would be to surrender and understand this as

part of the process .

Thanks chadtree1.

We know that the Kundalini is in subtle body and the physical body is

connected to the subtle body at the chakras. So changes in the subtle

body get reflected in the physical ?

Also, I can now activate all the chakras at my will by concentrating

and imagining a rotatary movement. But the statement itself has a

contradiction. As I concentrate, I became aware of the subtle body and

hence the chakras. So I cant decide if I just became aware of the

rotating chakra in the subtle body or I have activated the chakra. How

should I know this ?

Cheers

Reading your post and the replies you've gotten is so spectacular that I can only describe it as having a live book in front of me. Deeply stirring impressions about the Shakti.

Today I felt something enter and sweep quickly out of my torso on the left side. It was not the spine. My arms are pulled out from under my body if my body weight is resting on an arm or leg. Lots of activity when I'm still and present with Her. And lately I receive the quiet impression that She wants to give me more. Shakti can be very playful and that for me is her calling card. Cheers to you, Anna

Hello Skoogle,

That's my experience - when I spin my main body chakras it sometimes

makes the corresponding physical sites gurgle.

I see breathing as a good analogy for this because just like chakras,

lungs are usually but not always on auto-pilot. Translating the puzzle

into breathing terms, if you concentrate on your breathing and observe

that it's fast, was it like that anyway or through trying to speed it

up deliberately? I think the answer's in the question - it's purely a

matter of whether you applied activating consciousness or not.

Thanks etomirelan.I found the solution to the problem.I did it this way. The best way to find out if you are becoming aware of the subtle body in which chakras are already active versusthe way to find out if you have activated the chakra is by activating and stopping the chakra and then starting the next chakra. For example, the way I did it was .. 1. Activated the heart chakra2. Stopped the heart chakra3. Activated the ajna chakra4. Stopped the ajna chakraThis exercises made me conclude that I can both activate and stop the chakra and not just become aware of the chakra/subtle body.Except for the first few experiments, I am not going to voluntarily activate/deactivate the chakras.Cheers,Skoogle
