Guest guest
I was wondering if anyone has read books by David R. Hawkins? Someone recommended his book "Transcending levels of consciousness...the path to enlightenment" and I was wondering what anyone thought of the book and/or author? Guest guest
I've heard from a few people with Sedona connections that he is a charlatan, out for the money and popularity. I've not read his stuff personally beyond scanning the back cover. A bit too much of the cult about him for my taste. Only my opinion, Sarita, so take it for what its worth. I get a bad feeling about him is all. Something doesn't ring true, not sure how else to put it. Good luck. Guest guest
Sarita: a member of the group read his books and really likes what he has to say - recommended them to me I have not had a chance to read them as yet but it sounds interesting -He has a trilogy out - first book is: Power vs. Force This first in the series of books by Dr. Hawkins provides the foundational understanding for the works that follow. check out this site https://www.veritaspub.com/index.php?cPath=

Guest guest
FWIW, I have been reading Hawkins for several years, now, and I find his writings to be more valuable to me as I progress up the path. His books are not an easy read, and his opinions regarding kinesiology will not apply well, or at all, for most people, but his understandings of universal consciousness are, to me, the best I have found yet. There are criticisms of him, which i have read, and found personally to be ill-informed. His personality comes across best in the audio CD's of his clinics, and you then appreciate his complete humility, humor, and enlightened attitude. I recommend him and advise anyone to read him and listen to him, and make your own mind up. Guest guest
Hi Sarita: I have read David Hawkins, " Power vs Force " and would recommend it (esp. his Levels of Consciousness Scale), although it's not an easy read. I also have " Truth vs Falsehood " , but found it more difficult to get into. Love - eamonn. , " Sarita " <sarita1969 wrote: > > > I was wondering if anyone has read books by David R. Hawkins? Guest guest
Thank you Craig. His books have been recommended to me by multiple sources over the past few months, so I thought I should pay attention. Thanks for responding.
