Guest guest
All, I am just trying to learn all that I can about the awakening. It is easier for me to handle symptoms without fear and panic if I can understand and know what to expect, or what is possible to expect. And I completely understand that everone's is not identical, and that it doesn't follow a linear progression. BUT, it seems as though personally I am moving beyond the kriya stage, without checking my notes, I would say I've been having the jerks and twitches for approx. 6 months. Never anything worse than a jerk you might get when your Dr. tests your reflexes in your knee, and those are uncommon. Mostly it's just a twitch here, a hand twitch there, left eye fluttering, foot jerk... to which I just smile and thank God for the infusion/blessing. I don't know what to expect, what might be " normal " after the kriyas, but would appreciate any responses from anyone who has been through it all, what was your personal experience after the kriyas? Again, I am not looking to plot a roadmap for my adventure, just simply seeking " trip reports " of others who have travelled Highway K. Thanks, and blessings, Bill
Guest guest
I understand Bill- I too like to know what to expect. It makes it easier knowing - I read the posts of the happenings for all and like you I know I will have my own path I feel so much more solid in acceptance and surrender. So ask all you need to ask- you might want to read chrism's articles on phenomena on the main site- those are all possibilities and check out archive posts here - put in the words symptoms and then phenomena Lots of info. blessings e
Guest guest
I would think there would be as many different kinds of journeys as blades of grass. We are all individuals, we all come from different backgrounds and experiences. My thought would be that it's best to let your K direct your awakening rather than imagining all the things you *might* experience next. Some things you may never experience at all and you may experience things that are very rare in the rest of the membership of this group. I am usually a *need to know* kind of person too Bill, but I since I have started to let go of that I am enjoying my process much more. Guest guest
Hi Bill, I'm a bit of a 'want to know' sort of a person as well. I always want to know whats being worked on etc. For me I've had lots of kriyas, they went from twitches to coarse whole muscle group spasms to mudras and asanas and then into sort of auric operations that seem a lot finer energywise. I've done lots of these on myself and a fair bit on some other people as well. This stuff continues to this day as the energy continues to go through different aspects of myself that obviously need to be worked on. The coarse stuff all passed in time and the energy infusions became more pleasurable. Basically to me it feels good when new energy comes in and not so good when old energy that needs to be released is leaving. (There's been lots of that!) So it has led to healing which is something I desired to do from the beginning, but of course I'm still developing in this area. It has also found a way to show give me guidance in everyday life and thats pretty much all the time. My joy and happiness has increased hugely in everyday life from following this guidance. I think the way it has manifested for me has been quite individual though. Healing and having guidance to show me how to try and use this life in the best way I can have been my goals from the beginning. In this way, maybe John m is right , maybe it does manifest in the way we choose to use it. Blessings on your journey, Ana -- In , Bill <astronutski wrote: > > All, > I am just trying to learn all that I can about the awakening.
