If the changes are coming too strong and too fast at work have a conversation with the Kundalini Shakti. Ask the Shakti for a break during work periods. Make sure you give her time " consistently " in your non work periods and do not cheat her out of " time " by working too long. I suggest that you keep the office door closed if you have an office not because you have anything to hide but merely to keep the comfort levels of those around you in the work place at levels of comfort that are expected. As far as meetings go, I would suggest that you employ what needs to be used in order to not disturb others in any of the five senses of discernment. Be aware of your emotions and do not get too attached with what is being discussed. Be reserved as best you can if this is an attitude that is beneficial to your job. Just be aware of being overly expressive as Kundalini can really amplify these traits beyond the normal expressions. I would suggest that if the bliss comes during the meeting that you incorporate it into your " new awareness " and allow that awareness to take on a function of management. Eventually you may begin to hear the thoughts of others at the table. How will you handle this as your mind becomes barraged with the thoughts of eight other people at the table? You will handle this with serenity and calm as you realize that these are thoughts from brothers and sisters as they try to walk the paths set out before them. They are trying as best they can and you can protect their privacy. You will never allow your ego to corrupt this sacred demonstration of an ascended skill. These understandings can be used as a filtration system. Kundalini will mature into a multi-faceted set of skills that will support the new functions that are developing with in you. So yes talk with the Shakti. Be open to a conversation. See if a modulation of time periods is in order. If not go with what is given and work gently to incorporate Kundalini into the scheme of the dynamics at work. It can be done and done in a way that is quite conducive to your job being done well! One does not need to be seen as dazed and confused. Kundalini isn't a weakness it is just the opposite!
