Guest guest
Hi & All, A few weeks ago I had a dismemberment experience with my right arm. I was not scared as you had explained this to us many times. But this past week my right arm is aching and very weak. I cannot lift my arm higher than my waist without pain and I am unable to lift a full kettle or saucepan of food. It also makes it difficult to do up zips on my dresses and carry shopping. Can this be put down to the Kundalini experience or should I see my Dr in case I have pulled a muscle or something? I would be grateful for advice from all members. Thanks. Guest guest
You may have to wear a moo moo. - lol! I have always wondered about the idea of wearing nothing other than the sound of a bovine.- lol! OK So please go up to your shoulder and massage or have your partner massage from the neck down to the fingertips every point and place along that route. Do not worry nothing is wrong although yes it can be painful. Kind of a sharp pain yes? But nothing to put you into agony so for the sake of those reading this unfamiliar with this part of the process you are not in agony yes? Everyday have this massage done and work to flex your fingers from tight to relaxed over and over. If you can treat yourself to a full body massage then do so. This can be relegated to the Kundalini and it is transient. Arm yoga (my term) is best for this. Put your focus on the arm and begin to breathe as you would when doing yoga. Twist the arm into is extremes by rotating from the shoulder right and left. You can do this without lifting it. Expand the fingers spreading them wide then relax them. With your left hand fingers encircle your right arm from the shoulder and as if you are squeezing a toothpaste tube between your thumb and forefinger encircle as much of your right arm as you can and move this position of your left hand from the top of the right shoulder down to the right finger tips while hold that encirclment. Do this is hot bath. And do not worry and there is no problem that would require professional attention but if you feel pulled to go there you are free to do so. The dismemberments can be followed up with the use of the appendages being worked on. Stretch them and use them and work them. They are like new muscles that need to be used. Also realize that the nerves of the appendage or organ needs to be used and from this your thoughts about (in your case) reaching out to others reaching out to family reaching out from your self are of value so practice this as well. Are you keeping yourself in a form of physical strength? If so direct some of that energy towards the strength of your arms and shoulders. Swing those arms! Flex those fingers! Work it girl! " And one...and one...and step...and move!....and move! " A la Richard Simmons! - lol! Anyway yes this will pass but some attentions from you and your husband will bring it into balance sooner. - blessings Iona! - chrism , " Skydancer " <ionaskydancer wrote: > > Hi & All, >
Guest guest
Thank you for this Chrism, and no it is not too painful unless I stretch the arm above my waist. But, please, for us UK members, " What is a Moo-moo and how would I wear it? " Blessings, Skydancer x , " chrism " <> wrote: > > You may have to wear a moo moo. - lol!
