I have had spells of cold and then I was sitting in a public restaurant & this

heat surged up

into my face. There was some panic/fear that rose with it....I think more

because my body

has a life of its own these days. I'd like to think that this is part of the

inner workings of the

K doing its thing but want some reassurance I guess. And maybe some

understanding of

what K is doing here so I might work on feeling a sense of gratitude. There is

a lot going on

these days with my libido and my heart. I appreciate any thoughts you might

have. I do feel

like I'm an island unto myself where I live so very much value this forum.

Blessings,

Jan

Yes this is the Kundalini. You will have periods of freezing cold

almost of a metallic quality and periods of heat as well. No worries

and yes the body is in the transformations and this is controlled by

the Kundalini.

The fact that you are walking and talking and driving and working and

reading and breathing can demonstrate that you still have much

priority with your body and existence. The Kundalini is requiring the

areas that it is giving you phenomena in for the moment. So no worries

and an inner gratitude can replace the fear of the unknown. Grace is

walking with in you Jan. -
