Guest guest
I am having back pain. Do you think it is the Kundalini? It is lower back pain. For a few days it felt like my back would fall apart. Now I have these sharp pains when I try to sit down, or move in my chair. My spine feels delicate also. My spine has no real pain but loose if that explains it. I have no dreams or anything else that is different. Thanks Peggy

Guest guest
Is there a history of any kind of pain or any injury that has occurred to the back in your past? How is your posture through out your day? Typically with Kundalini there are tracer sednsations. By tracer I mean they can be felt in more than a mere single place and they can often evoke emotional feelings and can often accompany some kind of phenomena. If nothing of the kind is happening and there are no dreams or any phenomena besides the pain and your posture and health are good we can look outside of the Kundalini as well as being patient and watchful for what may develop. I am feeling it is of the Kundalini origin though. This is my feeling. I am also feeling a need for more emotional work and a need for release of some first chakra blockages. Issues of security, of survival, of connection to energies of an earth quality. Do your best to discern and feel where in your life and your pracice these issues may arise. Please place yourself on the Kundalini Healing group and describe to them your feelings. Give permission for work to be given. Do not soley depend on the graces they offer though. Please also do the work of discernment with regard to these other possibilities. Kundalini often can use pain as a warning of impending imbalance in an area or an active imbalance in an area. Let us see what you can discern - blessings Peggy. - chrism , PDeterraMA wrote: Hello Chrism, I have had no constant pressure or any trauma to my back. Guest guest
Thanks so much. I do have issues of survival and security. I always had trouble with a closed root chakra. I will practice that kind of clearing. Thanks Love Peggy In a message dated 1/19/2009 7:30:39 A.M. That is one type of pain, but another type of pain is an emotional pain. That is important for you to differentiate between the two. You must cultivate those signals and this may take time if you have no one to help you with determining the difference. There are not many who practice healing from this perspective. Fear is perhaps the easiest emotion to recognize, so we will start with that emotion. The body can express fear in any part of its structure. It will start out as a pain. You recognize pain. If you feel pain in the head for instance, send your thoughts towards the pain. Try to feel with the emotion behind the pain, understanding its source rather than just the feeling of pain. At some point you will sense an emotional response coming from the pain if it is originating from a non-physical source. who do more. .. A Good Credit Score is 700 or Above. Try to feel with the emotion behind the pain, understanding its source rather than just the feeling of pain. At some point you will sense an emotional response coming from the pain if it is originating from a non-physical source. At that point you can find a solution. This is critical; you cannot heal this type of pain until you feel the emotion. Once that is experienced imagine God's white healing light surrounding the part of the body that is expressing the discomfort and then ask yourself how God would heal this. Allow God's light to work on its own. Don't force or judge. You should eventually feel an emotional trigger or response and the pain fade away. Understand that these are pains from the past surfacing. Once you become proficient with this type of clearing, you may even have faint images or intuitive feelings from a past life at the end of the clearing. Even if you do not have this response, what you desire is that there is a clearing of the pain. If the pain fades away, you were successful. These pains seem to follow a pattern. The pains seem to come from the same area. If the pain is cleared and later you seem to sense another pain in the same place, it is another lifetime coming forth to be cleared. Don't take this as you not being successful with the clearing. As an onion has layers, so these pains have layers. There were many lifetimes whereby the same negative emotion expressed itself. If fear was your past problem, you will feel mostly fear coming forth. Remember that all the pains from the past will not be the same, though they seem to be the same challenge if coming from the same part of the body. Guest guest
Hi Peggy, Sorry to hear about your pain. I have suffered from back pain, too, and I sympathize with your plight. It doesn't have to be the K (and in fact most of the time it is not). Most likely culprits include bad sitting or standing postures, repetitive motion strains, lifting weights the wrong way, and using a sagging mattress. This said, the K benefits immensely from a healthy back. I recommend that you get a copy of the book " Treat your Own Back " by Robyn McKenzie, and follow its instructions closely. My anatomy instructor recommended this book as I trained as a yoga teacher, and it has been a life saver ever since.(Since back pain is a recurrent problem, I posted the reference in the Books section. I just noticed that it's not there any more). Alternatively, you may want to see a good chiropractor. Good luck, Sel
