Guest guest
Here is the situation Sarita. You are more than your current self. You are also all of the other selves that have incarnated in on the physical plane. They are you and you are them and all is held together by the much larger encompassing soul that you are. This would be the spirit choosing the incarnations. This group of Sarita's can be quite helpful to you as they have a wealth of experience that is diverse and available. Ask your Kundalini Shakti to firm up the separartion between you and your group but if this doesnt occur do not worry. Ask for some assistance from the group and they will move back. You are becoming a new a vastly different being Sarita and there will be some growing pains and some discomforts due to the unfamiliarity of the sensations and feelings. Go with it and surrender to it as much as you can but also do not be afraid to ask of the process itself for certain parameters of activity. You are still you know matter how many other " you's " there have been. You have the priority this time! So kindly take command and also do not forget your guidance. Ask and you shall recieve. - blessings dear Sarita! - chrism , " Sarita " <sarita1969 wrote: > > > I am continuing to have episodes where I feel that I am outside myself, > where I realize that I am not " Sarita " , that I encompass more than who I > am in this life.
