Guest guest
Hi all, I've been wondering recently about the souls of animals. Catholicism posits that animals have none. I find that hard to believe. (I have a pet Cocker Spaniel - all soul). Can animals reincarnate as humans and vice-versa or are we limited to our own species when it comes to incarnations? Are all souls the same, once they're away from the physical? Any thoughts? Best Wishes, karina
Guest guest
Animals have souls imho. Transmigration of souls can occur when the lessons call for it. The souls are not all the same and yet can share similar qualities. Love bridges many worlds. - my take - blessings Karina! - chrism , " karinafinegan " <karinafinegan wrote: > > Hi all, > I've been wondering recently about the souls of animals. Guest guest
Animals most definately have souls imo! I believe that the dog I adopted is the reincarnation of my grandmother's dog. When my grandma passed away, I offered to take her dog but my aunt did instead. One day he snapped at her and she had him put to sleep. I didn't speak to her for two years. This was the most gentle soul ever, he never would have snapped at her unless he had a reason to. The fact that she knew I offered to give him a home and put him to sleep without consulting the family made it all the more horrible in my eyes. Fast forward a few years and I adopted a dog from the animal shelter. Sandy always reminded me of Simon, but it wasn't until she met my aunt that I was pretty sure. Sandy can't be in the same place as my aunt. She growls at her and strains at her leash. I know if I let her loose she would bite her. This has happened all 4 times we have tried to introduce my aunt to the dog. Sandy is a big marshmallow, very protective of our family, but has never attacked anyone unprovoked. Guest guest
I would argue it was the other way round, the Catholic Church has no soul, did James Brown ever get invited to appear at Mass? I don't think so......LOLBut seriously, yes, I believe animals have souls, how could any thing really be alive and able to feel emotion if it had no soul? We are all one afterall.Whether they incarnate upwards towards us, or incarnate above us (some people think Dolphins are higher beings) I do not know for sure but would guess they are learning and evolving just as we are, all life is within the sacred spiral moving upwards and inwards and back towards Source.Thats my own personal opinion.Much love to our furry friends and to you, elektra x x x
