Guest guest
Chrism...you wrote that Kundalini " will contract many of the muscle groups along the spine and many of these muscle groups are connected to the diaphragm muscle complex. " I have dealt with tightness here for about 5 years now. The very painful spasms have now passed, but the less painful but tight sweeping spasms continue, particularly on the left side. My questions to you are: Is the *timing* of the tightness an indication of any information for me spiritually and...Would intensifying work that focuses on opening the heart chakra help in this way? My love for humanity has certainly increased, especially in the last 6 months or so and I find it difficult, actually quite impossible to feel negatively about anyone, or myself. (indications of a shut down heart chakra, no?) But I wonder often if the tightness in my body has something to do with my heart chakra. Thanks! Guest guest
In looking at you and your situation I can sense a form of resistance to the Kundalini in the way of accepting some of the Kundalini energetic dynamics that will insist on rising. This energetic releases will tighten the muscle groups almost like a Kriya will do. One could even consider these as " micro Kriyas " These can have the effect of the body responding in an automatic function of shutting off the flow by constriction of the muscle groups. This can also have the effect of a sustained form of muscular constriction. It can get sore after a time. Best way around this is to massage the area or have it massaged by another. Deep and relaxed careful kneading of the front and back torso with an emphasis on an upward towards the head direction. Your heart is responding well to the energy Candace and is opening very nicely to the energies of love for others and self. No I do not see a blockage there but your intuition is valid regarding the heart chakra. Please continue your expansion of the heart chakra. Spiritually there will always be a drive towards a stronger loving expression and reception. The timing of these issues for you will always have a spiritual manifestation so yes please be aware of this and respond accordingly. I do suggest a way of going as deep into your past and present situations as you can and finding any hurt of issues of emotional pain from childhood to adulthood that may be still residing there in the heart awaiting release. You will know the release has been accomplished by the Kundalini sweeping in and filling the space that has been occupied by the issue. This can be tingly. You can feel this as it will often bring in a rush of love and tears of love that will have no external source. The left side tightness is the course or path of the initial flow of an " horse shoe " activation. Surrender to the Kundalini in you Candace. Validate its expression and allow that expression to have its voice in your activities on a daily basis. Really let it open and express through you. By doing this the tightness will fall away eventually and sometimes instantly as you make this resolution towards a full and loving approach to the Kundalini expression coming from and through you. Your dynamic is good but there are some issues that still need some balances. I am seeing areas of stimulation for release extending from the directly under the ribcage and then around to the back of the body. Also in the under arm nerve complex on both sides. I see some areas along the outside of the hips that can be used as trigger points for allowing more energy to come into a stronger flow. But for now just focus on releasing the tension caused in the muscles by accepting and validating the Kundalini. " Go " eyes up " when you massage these areas or have them massaged and this will pull the Kundalini upwards in a gentle way. Are you practicing any yoga? - blessings Candace. - chrism , " Candace Craw-Goldman " <candacetakesphotos wrote: > > Chrism...you wrote that Kundalini " will contract many of the muscle > groups along the spine and many of these muscle groups are connected > to the diaphragm muscle complex. Guest guest
Oh my goodness thank you so much for the in-depth and personal response. I will study your words here and make adjustments as you suggest. You are right on in the description of body areas...you could not be more accurate...and I have been seeing a wonderful massage therapist as much as my pocketbook will allow.Yoga, I am on and off with it, always trying to get back to more practice but worldly responsibilities keep interrupting me. I have been quite good with daily meditation, but yes, more emphasis on REGULAR practice of safties and yoga is needed, no question about that. Reading this answer, and particularly where you suggest searching my past... I suddenly became more aware of a dream I had last night that I thought I forgot. I was in a round table discussion with others trying to decide how much information should be released concerning the concept of TIME and how it can be accessed. There were charts and papers passed around the table. I saw a spreadsheet placed before me with time periods to consider to allow information release. Certain blocks of time had lines of "x"s that were now open for exploration. That seems to fit right in with your words!I will re-examine my history, but the big pains, and the biggest, the sudden and unexpected death of my brother, amazingly, holds no pain any longer but only some of the greatest amount of love I can imagine. Perhaps there are more issues I am not focussing on. I will meditate upon that. You are a treasure Chrism.Thank you again.Candace--- On Wed, 1/21/09, chrism <> wrote: <> Re: Diaphram...
