Guest guest
Chrism, You are so busy... I will TRY to be brief, not easy for me. Hee hee. As soon as I sent this post below yesterday, I thought, I need to make an appt with that massage therapist ASAP because he is so good he gets booked up quickly and I had not seen him since xmas. I called hoping for an appt early next week, the woman said, " Someone just called to cancel, can you be here in an hour? " Yes. I had a really great massage and I asked Ronnie to concentrate on moving energy up as per your suggestion. Ronnie is a very gentle soul and knows some metaphysics and energy healing. I was talking out loud, thinking of your question, Chrism..about what hurt I was not releasing. (Ronnie had a similar idea not long ago) I just could not even imagine, what that was. I have utterly made peace with every way I could think that I was hurt by or imagined I was wronged by the people in my life, before my life, ...animals too. But I went over it again in my head. Who was I not forgiving??? And, suddenly, it hit me. My *own* body. I have at my core been thinking of my body as a thing to battle, with all of its pain and problems. I had accepted much of what it has been like to exist in my body, and tried to take care of it but I was just " putting up " with it and trying to make peace with it...but I have not really thought of it like I have other souls. I have not sent IT the kind of love and forgiveness that I have for others! Then I visualized the heart chakra spinning and opening while my muscles released. We both...then, me and Ronnie began to vibrate during the session!!!. Just slightly, like if the whole room was vibrating from a big machine or something. I have never felt anything like that with another human. It was like we were tuning forks vibrating on the same frequency. The tightness and soreness in my ribs, so prevalent for so long, is *mostly* this morning GONE and since the massage I have felt only one slight spasm. And last night, while going to sleep I was recalling the massage, and....my head began to vibrate like it did while I was on the massage table. Especially my lips and scalp. I feel more than wonderful today. Thank you again. What a treasure you are.
