Guest guest
I suggest that you make defined separations between you and your clients. Also make separations from the actual session. One way of doing this is to recount what was discussed and what was done. In your minds eye place it on a pane of glass and then shatter that glass. Allowing the distance from energy that isnt yours to fall away. Realize what you are feeling before you see a client and how you change when in the presence of the client. Know that their feelings are not yours and make it so. Separate yourself and your well being from their issues consciously. Each and every time and after each and every session make the separations from what has just occurred. - - , " Jan " <drjandean wrote: > When > I saw my last client, I felt such intense anger and heat that I was > trying to act professional yet felt this intense feeling inside.
