Guest guest
sorry to bother with this. it seems silly and weak. i gave up drinking beer in order to live up to the safeties. i did not drink much, a couple of light beers at night before sleeping. now i have seen every hour since last sunday. i experienced a full K awakening about 2003 and thought the shakti which is with me all the time would help with this. i have tried melatonin. i decided to quit because i have been experiencing almost daily bouts of huge exhaustion. now this is all exasperated by the insomnia. what a mess. susan
Guest guest
Yes it can be difficult to have insomnia. Its not weak or silly. I will suggest that you do not try to force the sleep which is what both the alcohol and the melatonin were doing. I will suggest that you first begin to cleanse the liver with blessed thistle or silymarin. Not making any judgments here just suggesting that as the liver has much to do with the ability to sleep its good to get it balanced. Do not do the five Tibetans if you are doing them and pull back from the alternate nostril breathing. Please do stay away from alcohol. As you adjust your safeties practice in this way you will find your sleep again. - blessings Susan. - chrism , " akamushi3000 " <akamushi3000 wrote: sorry to bother with this. Guest guest
There is an excellent herbal remedy for insomnia - it is the juice of the leaves of Passion flower plant , botanical name Passiflora Incarnata. It can be obtained as a mother tincture from Homeopathic medical stores as Passiflora Incarnata - Q. Five drops, in half a glass of water, twice a day for 4 days is the recommended dose. If needed can be repeated later. Please google "Healing Properties of Passiflora Incarnata" for more details.RegardsVGPS. Incidently, there are people in India who claim that Kundalini can be awakened using certain herbs--- On Mon, 26/1/09, chrism <> wrote: <> Re: insomnia Date: Monday, 26 January, 2009, 12:02 AM Yes it can be difficult to have insomnia.
