Greetings to everyone!

I thought Id take the oppertunity this morning to tell you a little

about myself as a newly joined member.

My name, as you can see, is Andy. I live in the North of Wales and Im

currently a Primary School Teacher! Live a reltively normal life with

a wife and a big black dog and a lovely family around me.

As to why I found myself here? I think it began when I had my first

Reiki attunement about 4 years ago. It started me down a very

definite path that led me from one thing to another. I can say

without hesitation that I changed very much as a person at that point

and have continued changing for the better ever since.

More recently I have become increasingly interested in Kundalini, and

have found myself reading about it every evening for the past 6-7

months. Which is what essentially brought me to this group.

I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga for about one month and various

Pranayama excersises twice daily. This has had a huge impact on my

life and has been extremely beneficial. Its resulted in me cutting

out many of the things in my life that needed to go, e.g. alcohol,

excessive amounts of coffee, bad diet. Which has been great!

So, as a final note before rushing off to work. After reading through

many of the posts here I feel like I have found a great place to

share my experiences and listen to others experience their path.

Best wishes for the day

Andy

I have a huge number of questions but I'll trickle them in slowly and

spend a bit more time reading up through the site as Im sure this will

answer a lot of questions for me.

Ive had a good read through the safeties and Im pleased to find Ive

been doing a good number of them for a while. The 5 tibetans, alternate

nostril breathing and a good healthy diet have been something Ive

worked hard to make a permanent part of my life. Meditation I find

difficult, as I have a very noisy mind which Im finding hard to quieten.

Everything comes in time though I guess =)

Hi Andy and welcome. Looking forward to getting to know you. I am sure

a lot of your questions have been answered here. You can put words

pertaining to your questions in search on the group website page and

can find answers more quickly that way. If you can't find your answers

feel free to ask.
