about reiki - Iona and All

Hello Iona yes thank you for your post. Well it isnt so much my path

but the one that is taught through me. My path to awakening was not

one I would wish on anyone.

 

No I wouldnt suggest any kind of reiki practice or attunement while on

the Kundalini(actual) path. There are many misconceptions that have

come into the understandings of Kundalini due directly to the reiki

techniques.

 

So I would suggest coming as nuetral and as innocent as you can. " Come

as a child " and let the Shakti instruct you from a place of surrender.

Surrender of knowledge accrued through various experiences. Surrender

of expectation. Surrender of previous techniques.

 

Let the safeties guide you at first as that practice will cultivate an

inner environment conducive to the awakening.

 

Kundalini is vast. And its phenomena's are wondrous and can be

terrible at the same time. Please be careful in what you do as you

partake of this very strong and transformative expression. - Thanks
