Guest guest
I just found this great websites that tells the different meanings of seeing animals or birds in dreams. Someone just recently posted about having a crow visit them in their dream and wanted to know it's meaning. Here is some of what this website had to say. Crows: These birds often come calling when we're curious about something in our lives. We may be having thoughts about starting bright new projects and are curious about the ramifications of doing so. Magpies and crows come when we have mysteries to solve. They are endlessly curious, but also fearless. That fearlessness can be adopted by us when we contemplate scary changes in our lives. http://www.whats-your-sign.com/bird-dream-symbolism.html I have been having a rooster show up in several vision and dreams lately, including this morning. Had to find our what it meant after the dream I had this morning. On the regular dream dictionaries nothing seemed to fit. Here is what it says about the rooster on this site: Symbol meanings of the Rooster (cock or cockerel) are as vibrant and diverse as the rooster's plumage. Rooster symbol meanings are all about fanning out with brilliance, and showing the world your shimmering facets of personality. A summary of symbol meanings for the Rooster include: Pride Honesty Courage Vigilance Arrogance Strength Watchfulness Flamboyance The ancient Greeks believed the Rooster rose to attention and saluted the sun every morning with a hearty cry, symbolizing victory over night. As such, the Rooster was considered a solar emblem to the Greeks, and was adopted as a sacred sign to the god Apollo as well as Zeus, Persephone and Attis. Most cultures embrace the Rooster as a solar symbol, and a sign of illumination, with the exception of the Nordic and Celtic cultures. Seeing a brilliantly plumed Rooster in our dreams indicates it is time to let others discover our true selves, and strut our stuff (show our talents) to others. LOL! Lately I have been trying to wake up earlier in the morning and not be such a night owl. My cat has been doing a good job of helping me to rise up at sunrise lately. I have been seeing him in lots of my dreams recently, as well. A good sign no doubt that Shakti/Holy Spirit is encouraging me in changing my sleep habits.
