Guest guest
For the past few days, it has been a continuos pressure at the temples. What seemed like a pressure on the temples has now turned into a massage, the right pressure on both the sides. At times, when the pressure decreases and moves on to other areas, I yearn for the right pressure to come back at the temples. The feeling is like a 24 hr massage therapy on you temples.Few questions I had for the group, with my experiences - Please let me know your answers for the same, if you find time.a. Do you experience continuous activity or does it stop for few days and then you start experiencing ?For me it is continuous on the go for the past 1.5 monthb. Is there a time when the K activity is more/less during day/night ?For me the activity is tremendous usually from 3-5 pm. The activity is such that my body feels heavy and I am down there helpless, as if I have fallen drunk.K activity is usually less when I get up in the morning for 1 hr - in that energy movement is slow.c. Do you have K activity on the head always? For me, after the first few days there is some energy movement always in the head.d. Is there a specific diet that you follow ?I am a vegetarian and have very less of junk food.e.How many times do you meditate in a day?My meditation levels are random. During the initial weeks, I spent around 6-7hrs in meditation per day as I was very enthusiastic as to what is happeningThe meditation hours have now come down. I usually, have one in the afternoon(when I have time),evening and then before going to bed. Each session of around 1-1.5 hr average( can go till 3 hrs)f. Why do you meditate? My head gets heavy and currently there is some giddiness after sometime if I dont meditate.g. Has your meditation improved ?Yes. Previously without K, I used to doze off after 20-30 minutes of a sitting.I am able to meditate for a longer time mainly because of I become the witness of the K activity going on - like watching a serial in the TV, and hence not dozing off. Also, the quality of meditation is improved. I usually think during meditation in a language - english.Means, my thoughts are in english. I put up this question what incase I didnt know English or any other language. Then my thoughts which were essentially in English doesnt make sense since I dont know English. This has reduced my thoughts during meditation.h. Do you experience blank periods?Yes. for the past few days my mind goes blank. You neither want to focus on the past nor on the future. You are doing something in the present but a kind of feeling that nothing is registering and dont remember much feeling. My father called up and I totally went blank and didnt know what to speak and a kind of feeling that whatever I spoke was not thought of but came instantaneously.I ruled out the possibility of not having good sleep with the above experience. i. What is the level of complacency?Very complacent. Not interested in doing anything. Have been kicked out of the music band for not performing.Even when I play TT, the zeal to win the game is not there.Just play and play and play...Having my 1st year exams in weeks from now. The mid terms were good.j. Have you surrendered entirely?Around 80%. My mood changes once in a while and I become speculative about what is happening. But after all the discussions I end up with the below argument since I initially wanted proof that God exists. If it is God that is working, then I need to surrender. If it is evil that is working then that shows that God exists(good and bad) and all the gurus ask to surrender your ego. So surrender. This makes me surrender.k. Have you shared this with your family?Have told my sister and BIL not my parents yet. They are even more confused than I was .Cheers,Skoogle. Do you experience continuous activity or does it stop for few days and then you start experiencing? For me it's constantly ongoing, though with brief breaks that don't usually last for more than a day. b. Is there a time when the K activity is more/less during day/night ? For me, I don't think the Kundalini activity depends and whether it's day or night, however, if I'm in direct sunlight, then it significantly increases. I would say that during nighttime, since there's less external stimuli to be aware of, I am more aware of my Kundalini activity. c. Do you have K activity on the head always? For me, after the first few days there is some energy movement always in the head. Definitely! I experience more intense Kundalini energy on the left side of my head (chin, jaw, temple, eyebrow, etc). d. Is there a specific diet that you follow? If I had the money and resources to do so, I probably would. Matthew 15:16-17 - " Are you still so dull? " Jesus asked them. " Don't you see that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and then out of the body? " e. How many times do you meditate in a day? I haven't felt the need to meditate much lately, although when I do Hatha yoga, I combine that with meditation. f. Why do you meditate? To regain my energetic, emotional, and psychological composure. g. Has your meditation improved? Again, I haven't meditated much lately, but I would assume that it has improved. I agree, though, that the optimum meditation session is where one transcends language. h. Do you experience blank periods? Yes, but sometimes when I do, I don't really know what to do with myself, so I am kind of forced to think a bunch of random thoughts. What should one do (and/or not do) during these blank periods? i. What is the level of complacency? I've always been a generally complacent person; I feel like this bothers people sometimes, though.... j. Have you surrendered entirely? I'd say it depends on the particular situation. But in general, I would say about 80-90%. k. Have you shared this with your family? I have, but they don't seem to take me seriously. - Salvador
