Guest guest
Hi all, I am new at this group and started my first day with the 5 Tibetians and Safties. I'm not new to meditation, but thought that the information is awesome. I think my awakening started about 2 years ago while reading a book and meditating thereafter. I found myself surrounded, internally and externally with a feeling of total bliss and harmony...I coined it the 'Cosmic Orgasm' to friends, but truly it felt that way. There are not words in existance that I can explain it. You see, I'm confused on whether this was my awakening, or Nirvana. A couple of years before that, I would feel a swirl on my forehead with a tickling feeling in the centre of my brain. Not knowing anything(and I mean nothing) about K, chakras, or meditation, I thought it just kind of cool. To this day, I get the swirl on my forehead, now knowing that it's my third eye; and it extends to my temple area (could anyone explain this). Often, after I meditate, my legs feel like they have static cling, and often I find my clothes sticking to me (believe me, it's not static)- could anyone explain this for me please. Is there such thing as grounding while meditating? I often Reiki myself after I meditate, and may think this is the cause. The experience is all good, and I wish to share the experiences with others. I've read so much on the topic and really found myself feet first into it, that I would meditate any chance I had. I found a website called " Biology of Kundalini " which I found facinating and took me to a higher level of understanding, about the symptoms, consequences, etc., and what I could expect...well it was pretty accurate on many things- it's really 'technical'(for those left brainers or western minds-LOL) and well researched. Has anyone had dreams of the 'Divine' you, child or figure? Is this part of the 'process'? I don't want to sound like there's a right or wrong way, black and white, etc. And that every experience is different. However, there are certain contexts to the approach and what we all want to achieve. Hope to get some help. :-/ Thanks A Little Dazed and Confused with a whole lot of static-LOL.
