Earthquakes and convulsions

Hi all,

This last month has been relentless. After the snake was released in

my dreams again about a month ago, things have been active again. I

have been sleeping around 9 hours a night, often waking up in the

morning just stunned, dazed and confused. My neck has had painful

continual tension, which seems to have eased up significantly this

week, yet still some residual tension. I have been dreaming

prolifically. Several of them have involved factories or places of

production, which produce an effluent that has to be cleaned up or

managed. Two nights ago, I dreamed I was in Taipei 101 and a huge

earthquake hit and rocked the building 90 degrees. Immediately after,

a gigantic cleaning machine arrived. This afternoon I slept after

yoga. While half asleep or half dreaming had what felt like

convulsions in the throat area, three or four bursts of them, similar

to spinal sweeps in intensity and leaving me confused and not knowing

if I was floating or lying in the bed. Shortly after, I had a dream.

 

`I am with some people with whom I have been staying in a house.

There is porn that shows on TV screens inside. I have my own room,

but another friend lives with a gay guy who is messy and

disrespectful. My friend is angry and I suggest he does shadow work

in the messy gay. We walk outside and I look back at the house. There

is a fierce storm brewing above the house. The storm clouds are black

and there is a central cloud that looks like its from a science

fiction movie. There is electricity arcing and sparking all over and

in it, and intense lightning flashing in it. The cloud demolishes the

house we were staying in with a strong burst of wind and lightning,

and the house is gone in an instant. I notice large buildings behind

the houses location are also on fire.'

 

Tonight I went to meet a friend for dinner and as we were hanging out

in the city, it hit me that as humans we are perfect creative

machines. Assuming that all the chakras can be adequately opened up,

then I will then act spontaneously in the moment doing what needs to

be done, acting on thoughts and impulses that arise. It's been good

reading the posts on surrender and right action. Something Carolyn

Myss said in one of her talks comes to mind here. " First you have to

heal before you can create. " I have a sense that once healing has

occurred, ie once all the chakras are opened and resistances have

been cleared away, then surrender becomes a surrender to the creative

impulse for action, doing something for the good of the whole. My

dreams seem to have been pointing to aspects of my self that have a

creative or productive function, and blockages to the creative (or

manufacturing) impulse are been removed. More and more I feel only

focused on acting on that which will have a positive outcome which I

desire.

 

Anyway..my ramblings are coming to an end.

Hi Bruce, wow powerful dream symbols, I wont try and interpret it for you, Lol,

i agree

though with what you say below, I think the healing that has occurred for me has

cleared

the way for that kind of creative action you speak of. I'm not sure all the

chakras have to

be opened first though. I have also been in a period of shoulder and neck

tension and I'm

sure its to do with the throat chakra trying to clear.

Something I have found interesting is when you start to get the inner

directives, they do

relate to creativity in your life, and they also lead you in small ways into

your role in the

world. i.e for the good of the whole. They often start with really small

mundane things like

'do the dishes' as Craig said. Or go and weed that part of the garden etc. The

mundane

things seem to come first .and then it seems to start to focus on how well you

relate to

others, ( I know some problems have come up for me) After that, though I'm not

at that

stage yet, I think it starts to turn to the outer world and your role in it.

This is an aspect of

the opening of the throat as I understand it. It relates to expressing you

divinity in the

larger world and often comes up to be dealt with in mid life . I guess if we

have managed

to deal with the blocks of our own individual karma we are in a much better

place to deal

with the bigger tasks.
