Guest guest
Hello Mike, Sounds like you're doing great! Welcome! A lot of people have trouble with the word " prayer. " To me it is any movement of communication with the Divine, lifting the heart and mind above the earthly mundane existence and enjoying the Communion of a higher nature that is available. It can take many forms besides speaking and singing. I find my deepest prayers to be something that flows from my heart to the Divine, beyond words and thoughts. It can even be a look. I feel the Communion when I look at the Beauty around me. Prayer moves in the gratitude and wonder of living with the Divine, whether we use the words of the mind, or the nonwords of the Spirit. Hope that helps a little. Love, dhyana , JiNN <jinnproduction wrote: > > Hello everyone, > > My name is Mike. > I will be honest with you, I practice everything in the safeties except > prayer.
