Guest guest
Love and blessings to you Ricardo Macalino. For further preparations for the Shaktipat reception please review these suggestions: 1) A sincere and regular daily practice of all of the safeties is paramount. 2) Following the instructions as given is also very important. 3) Opening and surrendering is very important. 4) Fasting if you can safely do so three days before the first day of the Shaktipat with the third day falling on the first day of the Shaktipat can be helpful. 5) Bare feet on bare ground or bare perineum on bare ground can be helpful in the weeks before the Shaktipat. 6) A consistent purposeful intended unity with all of life and all of creation is helpful. 7) A willingness to let go of the self defined existence and allow God and Shakti to come to the inner and outer expression of how one lives life is very beneficial. 8) Meditation and praying five or more times a day in the three weeks prior to the Shaktipat is helpful. Consistency is important with this. 9) Being consistently helpful and kind and considerate towards others even if " you " are under duress is helpful. 10) A constant relevance of Kundalini in the waking life i.e. a constant thinking and thought process around the Kundalini and how it filters into and manifests into the living of life is very helpful -this must be constant. 11) Sexual repression for the three weeks prior to the Shaktipat and to include the seven days of it is helpful. 12) An attitude of love for all of life's little wonders. An acknowledgment of them and an honoring of them. From the whisper of the wind to the sound of a cricket to the gentle buzzing of bees to the laughter of children and the sight of a beautiful sunrise and sunset. The feeling of cool water on and in the body and the feeling of hot water as it warms the body. The radiations of the Sun as it is felt and the beauty of Sunshine as it lights up a day. The comfort of darkness and the sounds of the night. The darkness and warmth of the cocoon. The sense of gratefulness for all things and a surrendering to God and Shakti as they give from this richness into and upon you. 13) Surrender of your self. How " you " wish to direct your life. This must be surrendered. Surrender of your ego and how it wishes to rule your life. Surrender of your love and your family ties, friendships and romantic love. Surrender of your physical, social and mental and emotional and psychological processes and spiritual processes and how they are manifested and understood by you. Surrender them into the trust and love of your inner and outer teacher. This would be Kundalini, The joining of Sacred Female and Sacred Male. Surrender to God. Surrender these qualities as best you can. I will ask that you surrender any and all guidance's that pertain to: Your life - And how you live it.(i.e. mental processes, emotional processes, physical processes, sexual processes, psychological processes, social processes, spiritual processes etc. Intellectual accomplishments. Recognition of status in society. Other modalities of spiritual seeking. Your family- And how you feel and relate to them. Your love - emotional, mental, and physical - And how you relate to it. Your spiritual questing - And your directions within it. Surrender everything - All of these areas will become engulfed by the Kundalini. This requires faith and trust and love and complete obedience to the guidance's that are given. You must not go half way but the full way into these surrenders. Really feel it and really be sincere as you experience this release of individual responsibility, taboos, fear and ego driven direction. This is the first leap of faith - there are others. You may come into areas that are completely beyond your understandings and experiences and you will need to be absolutely and definitely able to give up your natural desire for fear and self delusions based upon fear. The surrender of this response is what you must attain. This leads to the training of the ego and giving up its control over your life. Which in turn frees you into your expression of the Kundalini. These options will best enhance a Shaktipat. - , Ricardo Macalino <ricardomacalino wrote: I searched for other groups to join and learn with like Reiki, Sokaisi, EFT, Quantum Touch, Theta Healing groups to name a few.
