Beloved teacher Chrism,

Some of the your safeties, practices are already include in my

regular practice,(tongue up, eye rolled upwards, finger lock).I just

have just included those that are not yet . And also I have been doing

some exercises simmilar to Tibetans, that I only have to modify them

to exactly conform to the ones you are recommending and using.

I really, really want to be included in this rare chance,

" Shaktipat " 2009.

One reason is my 13 year old ADHD child or Indigo child. I really

want to be able to effectively work hand in hand with him.

Thank you very much.

Namaste.

In love and light,

Joven

Dear Chrism

Thank you for all the information and support you offer in this group.

Could you add me to your list for the Vernal equinox Shaktipat 2009

and scatterfield please. Although I am new to the group, I have been

drawn by Kundalini for a while now, and once i joined the group and

saw the posting for the Shaktipat I felt that the time was right.

I have been practicing yoga, and started the Tibetans when I joined

this group , and I have been practicing the safeties as best I can.

I have uploaded a photograph to the folder.

best wishes

Greta

I would like to participate in the coming Shaktipat and i declare my

intent to follow the safeties, and give permission for scatterfield

and energy transmission. I've been inactive on the forum lately, have

been doing some traveling, but am still active in 'spiritual growth'.

I spent time at a Buddhist center in India and learned a lot about

selflessness, compassion, and acceptance of what-is. I'm being pulled

towards keeping the sexual essence in, and adopting a healthier, and

much lighter diet. and my relationship dynamics with others are

changing. now that i'm settled down where I am (currently Nanjing,

China) Im doing regular meditation practice (belly breathing and

breath awareness) and also will begin Tai Chi as soon as it gets warm

:) I hope that the Shaktipat transmission will bring me closer to my

goal of finding the true Self [or non-self]

thank you for the opportunity

Hello Mikael! Nice to see you again!. Yes let the Shaktipat help you

in your development towards " at-one-ness " . Tai Chi is excellent for

moving your energy. See if you can discriminate between Chi and

Kundalini. - blessings to you Mikael! - chrism

Chrism,

I ask to be included in the Vernal Equinox Shaktipat 2009. I am

following the safeties and give my permission for the scatterfield to

be attached and I have uploaded my photo. I look forward to whatever

progress is appropriate for me as part of this shaktipat.

In Gratitude,

Neil
