Yes there are many other differing translations. Like you though I

feel this one has defined place of merit for its intent and the

manifestation of grace through its intent.

 

It encompasses many cultural expressions even into the shamanic. Wise

words of grace regardless of who wrote them or of what language they

come from or where ever they have been derived.

 

These words will work for Kundalini expression.

 

The contemporary King James version will also work.
