The Expanded Reality

This is a subject I would like to cover because this is likely to

occur. Kundalini awakens and " all of a sudden " your perceptual

universe has quadrupled. This can be quite frightening.

 

If you go into the legends and mythologies of this and other

civilizations you can see a large collection of life forms that are

still available for experience on the astral. Energy doesn't go away.

It changes form or is not affected by temporal dynamics. If for

thousands of years a civilization worships and sacrifices life to a

specific deity then that civilization may go away but it doesn't mean

the deity does. This is like a tulku once again an energetic artifice

of focused concentration from many minds or a single one. These

creations can last a long, long time.

 

Get a copy of bullfinch's mythology and read up on that a bit as these

beings and creatures are in the void. They occupy a specific space and

frequency and can be sought but do not go there with out a reason and

without knowing what you are doing. When you see them, they can see you.

 

When the Kundalini does come it is best to be in a frame of mind that

is free of fear. Fear has a specific frequency and like a shark

smelling blood this fear frequency will attract those that wish to

feed on it. Not good, not bad, just the consuming of energy.

 

So know this. Know that you are going to see and feel and experience

odd and unusual sights and sounds. Lights and shadows and creatures

and entities. This is normal.

 

If you are a person who cannot stop fearing or is in a depressed state

of mind, don't try to activate the Kundalini until you can clear

yourself of these issues because the Kundalini will often just expand

them. You need to take the responsibility of healing yourself first.

Then the Kundalini can be accessed.

 

The opening to the astral can be very unnerving and there are

experiences you do not need to have. So practice the safeties until

they are second nature to you. Part of your life expression. Go to

work on them and make them a solid foundation in your life as there

are no shortcuts around this.

 

I had horrible terrible experiences that lasted for years. Some do not

survive these experiences because they are extremely out of balance

with regards to their emotions and psychological foundations. I

didn't have the safeties, you do - use them.

 

I know some of you have spiritual guidance from you know not where but

they tell you they are your guide and you believe them because they

are in your head or projecting there or whatever and they may make you

feel good. This is fine. I would however implore you to think for

yourself with many of the decisions that will come your way. This is

about " your awakening " and " your Kundalini " not those who are without

a body.

 

I say this because some levels of the astral realm are predatory. Not

good, not bad, just predatory. Intelligently so. Please remember this

isn't a New Age fluffy bunny & floating hearts herbal tea party. It is

an expanded reality and a narrow path to walk while you are still in

the limited flesh body.

 

Kundalini is a wonderful event but please make sure your frame of mind

is of a love based focus as this can determine your level of

interaction with other consciousness. -

I happen to be one of those who has a spirit guide. Since the K has come into play, she has stepped back a great deal and defers to Shakti for the most part. I still speak with her, but she has become more of a friend than a guide and has told me that I no longer really need her. I have grown to love her though and it is me that has a hard time letting go. She has held my hand through many difficult times, one important one being the death of my grandmother. She warned me of the car accident that started my K awakening and helped me through all the months that I didn't know what was happening to me.

That said, she has never made a decision for me. I have asked (and asked) at times but the response I always received was that the decisions had to be made by me. She has repeatedly urged me to follow my inner discernment in all matters and told me that I need to turn inward. I feel deep down that a true guide with our best interests in mind would not try to direct or influence us in a certain direction. I have had other "guides" introduce themselves to me but it was obvious fairly quickly they had their own agenda.

Yes your guidance has been excellent Sarita! And I do not mean to

suggest that all guidance isnt good. There is so much goodness and

love all around us! And yes even with the guidance that is given to us

from the spirit areas a great service can be given. Your guidance has

been and is a wonderful example of this Sarita. - blessings to the
