Guest guest
It was just over a year ago that I had my first Shaktipat. I was happy for a change, a small change but I was not prepared for the big chance in ALL areas of my life, loves, religious beliefs, and emotions. So before you take your first or second Shaktipat this is my message, from my heart. Think very deeply about every aspect of your life - and I mean everything. Many untrue beliefs are set during childhood, you were innocent and your parents were doing what they believed was best for you. No blame. There are many good sources of religion and belief but they all have their fundamental errors. The primary one being that they all think they are right. Discover where your personal bliss is, do not be ashamed or frightened. At this point in time it is your true personal self, and the blessings you bring into the world. But be prepared for this to change at any time. Make joy and love your friend and learn to anchor sensory experience to it. Practice compassion, forgiveness, gratitude and love - especially love. If fear, shame or guilt arise, acknowledge it, and let the emotion pass you by. This will remove its energy over time. Your mind will magnify what it focuses on, so try to avoid all media and news. You may not yet be strong enough to protect yourself against their viruses of the mind. Maybe two headlines a day is enough to witness what they want you to believe. If you hear or see even the tiniest bit of badness and pain in the world around you, do your best not to give it energy by taking up your hours and days thinking over it. Abandon all guides, angels and guardians and put your faith in love. Starting with self love and acceptance. Try to make your own life a reflection of that love. Guest guest
My life did change and much much more for the better. I am a person those who have know me for years, cannot recognise, but I am on the way to being the 'ME' I have been searching for all my life.
