Introduction

Hi all

 

I'm new. I feel like I am going through a kundalini awakening but am

not sure?

 

I am an empath and at present, feel overwhelmed, feel heartbroken -

it's like as if there is a weight/block in my heart chakra

 

I have some understanding of energy - My sex chakra is clearing and I

feel like there is an energy throbing at the level of the inside of

my knees/thigh area

 

I feel very weepy and upset - I am struggling to function in everyday

life, am unable to work, difficulty dealing with people's energy etc

 

I have been going through this 'meltdown' for about 2/3 years

 

I suppose I am looking for friends, support and a listening ear

really. I don't expect anyone to have all the answers or anything

lol. Just company on my journey and not feel like I am alone when I

am in pain etc
