Guest guest
Hello Craig, Use the sitting posture that is most comfortable for you. Try to make contact with perineum to earth. Tilt the chin slightly towards the chest doesnt need to go all of the way down. Just enough that you can feel the slight stretch of the spinal chord. You may also wish to look into your vitamin C complex intake. Are you taking this? Also look into some heavy aerobic exercises. Get those veins and arteries able to flex. You may even do some wall work with the legs against the wall and your back on the floor. Massage the inner thigh areas as well as behind the knees and other areas that go numb. Stretch them wide against the wall. You decide on these suggestions my friend. Do take the C complex if you are not. - blessings to you Craig! - chrism
Guest guest
ohhhhh, ok, I've not been straining my neck but have been letting it relax further and further down till by the time the meditation's through, my chin's almost touching my chest. I'll try the wall stretching. I haven't done aerobic exercise for a long time(unless one counts yoga, but I hardly sweat in this). Went for a run today, felt good to get my heart pumping, I'll make this a habit and see how this works as well. and I've been taking super c complex, super b complex and selenium (the only ones i've been able to get thus far). thanks, just wanted to make sure about the sitting posture, and now i'll make sure not to over stretch my porn neck, lol. craig , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Hello Craig, > Use the sitting posture that is most comfortable for you. > Try to make contact with perineum to earth.
