Kundalini will bring physical, emotional, mental, psychological and

spiritual phenomena. These phenomena are merely the byproduct of the

path that Kundalini is a manifestation of. The phenomena are not a

focus. They can provide some validation but please understand that

Kundalini is a divine union and this is the goal. It is a path towards

a sacred unity that has the purpose of enlightenment upon the bodies

of expression.

 

So please understand this and do not be surprised or disheartened at

whatever level of phenomena comes to you. It is as the waves gently

rocking the boat. It comes and goes. Kundalini stays. - blessings all
