Guest guest
Kundalini is not typically a subtle energetic experience. Sometimes when it is incremental then yes it can be gentle, but when awakened with out guidance it is strong and even with guidance it can be a stunning experience. The initial awakening can thrash a person severely. It can look like a grand mal seizure. When it happened to me I thought there was an earthquake happening. I was severely shaken and rocked and rolled! And after that subsides the awareness is completely different and the sensations are altogether different and strong. Not injurious, but it definitely gets your attention! Many others who have had it awaken in them experience the same or similar format. It often isn't gentle! So to say that we are always feeling a degree of Kundalini isn't what I am referring to as Kundalini. Very few people are experiencing activated and awakened Kundalini. It isn't sexual energy though the sexual energy has some Kundalini contained in it, or Prana energy, or any other energy that has a place in the New Age vocabulary. It is Kundalini. Not Kundalini Yoga. Not Reiki as is commonly understood. Not Reconnection or twelve strand DNA or channelling. It is the completion of a special energetic circuit within the human body. And it is usually quite strong. Only after a time does the person become used to the new body. The combined whole person. Often Siddhis or special skills are gifted. Psychic skills are often gifted. Not always but often. Immediately or after a time in some cases. Healing, bi-location and many other skills. These are tests and " not to be sought after " as they can take you off the central task which is higher spiritual development enlightenment and a lack of attachment to physicality. So please be aware of what is being considered here. One needs to have the Kundalini awakened. And most do not. When it is up and flowing through the body, the mind, emotions, and spirit, are permanently changed there after. -
