Guest guest
Hello Andy, Nice to read of your progress with the safeties and the acceptance from your wife of these practices! It is also good to read of your feelings of well being. With regard to the Shaktipat, " It is not an attunement or instant > gratification, so in essence it is not a kundalini awakening, that > much I do understand. " If I am reading you correctly it isnt a Kundalini experience for you unless it is an attunement and instantly gratifying? I am curious as to how you have formed these expectations. - blessings to you Andy. - chrism , " andyrpreston " <andyrpreston wrote: > > Hey guys, this is open to all not just Chrism. Guest guest
Eeeek, no thats not what I meant, lol sorry I knew I hadn't explained it very well. That part about it not being an attunement or instantly gratifying was from your explanation of a shaktipat on the kundalini awakening webpage, I was just using it to then explain that I didnt know what to expect from the Shaktipat given that it wasn't either of those two things. But I did it in a garbled way =) Basically, I could have cut what I wrote down to " what should expect from the shaktipat " and that would have been much better! Guest guest
Andy: I just wanted to reassure you that you will experience what you are able to hold - what your Kundalini wants you to have at this time. And it is best to go into this with no expectations. Read the posts from the other Shaktipats and you will see what others have experienced but as chrism says Kundalini has an agenda unique to you. I agree it is nice to have some idea of what might happen and then just accept what does happen. Namaste
Guest guest
Chrism, I had serious back episodes previously L4-L5 with " degenerated discs " . I have had a couple of sweeps but I now have a bit of nagging pain, not serious. Do I need to be " careful " ? Love. Thanks. Dell
Guest guest
Yes but not in a way that requires a body caste - lol. Just be mindful of this and surrender to the Shakti allowing the Kundalini to give healing to the area. Give time and consideration for cartilage to form and bone to grow. An uptake in those nutrients as is communicated by the Kundalini. - blessings Dell. - chrism , PICO TECH <picotech9999 wrote: >I had serious back episodes previously L4-L5 with " degenerated discs " .
