I would really appreciate clarification on the

safeties. This has to due with the need for increased

water and watermelon. Is this on a daily basis even

inbetween shatipat or just during shatipat?

During the last shatipat i starting noticing this need. But it

has remained with me. I get dehydrated if i don't

drink lots and lots of water now. Problem is that what goes

in must be released many times also. I haven't experienced this before

even though i was experiencing kundalini and would

appreciate Any feedback as to possible reasons why the change.

Thanks so much

Moon

Hello Moon,

This would be an " in general " suggestion. Keep the body

hydrated. Watermelon has the unique nutrient combinations that are a

great aid to the Kundalini awakening body. This was given to me from

the Kundalini Shakti in me to communicate to others going into or

already experiencing the Kundalini. This has proven over time and many

people to be very helpful.

Kundalini has levels of involvement and transformation. We are not

static inside of the awakening rather always moving even though at

times it cannot be discerned. Your new thirst would indicate a more

robust level of change that the body is needing more water than it did

before. Nothing is wrong Moon. You are merely moving into more

expressive levels of the awakening. - blessings to you! - chrism
