Guest guest
Hi everyone!! Here are some things that I have been thinking recently regarding my K path. I think yoga is a perfect compliment to the path of awakening Kundalini. Myself, as also a lot of other people, start to have jumpy emotions after they start practicing tibetans/other K arousing exercises. So I have noticed that when I skip doing yoga for one or two days,my emotions become very jumpy, but when I do my yoga regularly everyday, (I do the tibetans everyday), I am pretty stable and the spikes in emotions are very small. It makes sense since yoga stops the fluctuations of the mind and makes you more mindful so you dont have to " ride " your thoughts. One thing I noticed, and im not sure if this is a coincidence or not, but I think I have started generating a lot of static electricity. I say considence because I recently got rid of 80% of my clothes and just kept a couple of pairs ot shirts/pants/etc. So maybe the couple of pairs of pants that I have and wear a lot are the ones that generate static electricity? Has anyone noticed this? One last question. Are there any vegans in this group? I am still thinking about the Shaktipat, since there is a lot of stuff going on in my life. If I am going to do it, I want to dedicate as much of my time as possible. So I will decide in a week or so. Much love,Mike
Guest guest
A Kundalini activating person will often develop strong flows of electricity. Not electricity " per se " but a form of it. I agree with you about the yoga. If a person should start this path it is best to be diligent in the practices that can guide you upon it. - blessings and brilliance to you Mike! - chrism P.S.Yes there are vegans in this community. , JiNN <jinnproduction wrote: > > Hi everyone!! > >
Guest guest
Mike, “One thing I noticed, and im not sure if this is a coincidence or not, but I think I have started generating a lot of static electricity.” Funny you should mention the static electricity. I have been having the same curious condition lately. I thought that perhaps it was just the weather but no one else seems to have been bothered by it. “Are there any vegans in this group?” As for vegan, no, ovo-lacto yes. Guest guest
Hi Mike I have been a yoga- and meditationteacher in 15 years (not always active theacher in all that years), I realy recommended to do some yoga at least on day a week, or start teaching yoga to direct the energy.. Yoga cleansing the system in all bodies, make your spine flexibel for the K-raise. You also clean your mind, the thoughts, and start to understand the breathingsystem. The thoughts are controlled by breathing, and thoughts make feelings, bad and god. So yoga make the whole You strong enough to hold your spirit (hold your heart open). And it was the purpose of The Bramins who created yoga I belivie. Love we are, life we are...and not alone. Blessings Nina R I dont eat anything that has a mother! , JiNN <jinnproduction wrote: > > Hi everyone!! > > Here are some things that I have been thinking recently regarding my > path. > > I think yoga is a perfect compliment to the path of awakening Kundalini. > Myself, as also a lot of other people, start to have jumpy > emotions after they start practicing tibetans/other K arousing exercises.
