Thank You all for so much good information and good spirit on this

site. It really help me a lot, and You give me space to feel company

with the K-issues. Please someone tell me the difference on K-

raising, cleaning, and K-process for You here in this group.

 

A little story from a cold day in Stockholm Sweden. :)

After my K have raised in november, somehow I understood what it was,

I wanted to know more so I search on the Internet. I found a Swedish

site that only speak about the bad and horrible about

Kundaliniawaking.

 

That stuff on that site scared me alot! And with my unbalanced energy

of Kundalini at that time, start moving in a very fast and furious

way! I thought it was a sign that it was all true about Kundalini on

that site. Then I found site a day later and the

Kundalinienergy was so calm and loving. She danced in harmoni. After

a week I understand that Kundalini get sad/upset to read or hear

about her as " bad happening " . Kundalini is so loving, caring and

intelligent. She knows what I need and how much I can handle. She

knows the difference between me being lazy/ignorant or tired. She

always shows gently how to come to the right position for her flow.

Sometimes I can be scared but it depends on what I have eat, my

sleeping time, bodytraining or not recognised bad thoughts that

hurts.

 

Some small tips!

If you have trouble to sleep, lay on your right side, from east to

west, if its very hard get some cold water on the top of the head. :)

Read Harish Joharis book about Kundaliniawaking.

Listen to your heart, maybe it tells you if you do wrong practice,

with some " heartaches " . From the first week after K-raised i always

do safeties, and they work so beautiful!

Thank you for your sharing. It is so nice to know you have found this

group and it resonates with your Shakti. When the time is right the

teacher will appear- or some such verbiage.

It is a wonderful individual journey and now you know you are not

alone. If you have any ?'s please ask here- we are all in different

places within the k process so sharing is a good thing.

Welcome Nina.  I was able to get the energy balanced right away too, and to understand the insomnia, allergies, gastro problems and to appreciate all of the most difficult lessons that were part of my process.  It is a beautifully authentic and personal gift to each one. Thank you . It is a bless to know you are here. Sometimes I have

a lot of ?, but they disappear after a while... I have one big issue!

When my kundalini raised from the navelcenter, with a big fire along my

spine, a big burning stock, I could handle it. After that when Shakti

continue the flow up to the head, she moved like a little snake under

my skeen on my chin. I stopped it, that scared me, maybe because I was

very exhausted of the fire. But the next day, (after meeting a friend

who could not see any difference on me!) The K-raising continue in my

head, and Sahasara was opening, and a lot of lights and flashing were

happening - I decided to fall asleep. Because I had to go to work day

after. I wonder if that was a bad idea not to be conscious all the

raising process. Did I distroy some god stuff? That is my big ?

 

I think you have to manage your day-to-day life on earth, how spiritual

you may be. We are here to learn to be humans but we are all spiritual

beings. SO it was very important for me to get some rest to keep up my

work.

Hi Anna,

a lot of divine love for you. The name of the book is Chakras. Great

stuff for beginners like me on the K-process. I have practise yoga

and a lot of another body training in my life, so my body have

managed the most of the K-process. How did you do to with your

physical problems? Are they gone? I get help from a god healer with

my headaches, when i thought the head would explode. When I get

healed I felt some of the Kundalini energy get back down to the base.

So after that the energy of K is easer to handle, at least this two

last month.

Yes this is a wonderful gift, a real blessing. And that we are so

many people to share this with, so much love and life around.

Hi Nina, how nice to get your post. No two paths are identical,but as far as how the energy can appear to be raging at times -  I remember being woken up at 1:00 am for longer than a yr due to hand activity, s^# chakra stuff, & At alternate times of the night sharp whips across my back and head.  I think if you're reading this it is likely that you won't experience it like this because every one has a different body obviously.  When your brain and body are at rest a lot of the tune ups take place.  As says, She knows you better than you know yourself. And enjoy all of it.  Besides who doesn't like getting attention.  K did not care what prayers I prayed or inspirational verses I read  BTW, K boards did not respond to me at the time.  what's due is due. It's all Love. annaNina wrote yesterday

physical problems?  Everything of an accelerated, synchronistic and almost x-files living came to a halt.  Kriyas didn't stop and that pushed me toward finding the group.Insomnia and allergies and swelling of the ankles and joints are gone. Immunity from exposure to anything such as germs - flu whatever is going around is really strong, complete healing after falling from a short ladder injuring left leg badly, and a recent chemical burn on the foot. Emotions clear up fast. Are they gone?  Healing is quick. Relax [sounds like surrender]  and enjoy Everything about your gift. I get help from a god healer with

my headaches, when i thought the head would explode. When I get

healed I felt some of the Kundalini energy get back down to the base.

So after that the energy of K is easer to handle, at least this two

last month.

Yes this is a wonderful gift, a real blessing. And that we are so

laying on the right side or cooling with water activates the lunar nadi "Ida" the flow greater in the left nostril indicates the lunar nadi

this in turn activates the right side of the brain, it causes one's thoughts to become over active.

 

Sleep is induced by manipulating the swara flow predominating activation in the right nostril.

 

An awakening is near when the left swarra flows during the day and the right swara at night

 

from a mantric perspective om shyina namaha is for sound sleep. (not sure of the correct spelling)

 

sometimes the flight and flight mechanism is over active, sometimes it is better not to sleep. This happened to me over a period of three days,some years ago I knew I had to re-establish peace within my self.

Hi John,

 

thank you for your answer. I can see your point of view.

For me Ida, the left nostril, represents the negatively charged prana

(apana) or lunar energy which eliminates body wastes and has calming,

cooling and restorative effect upon the body and mind. The pingala,

right nostril, carries the positively charged energy (prana) which

has the energizing, heat producing and cleansing effect.

The thought process is always going on so it is better not to

identify with the process, just sleep.

At least two hours sleep is god to renew the body, the brain and

energy, is all you need. :)

 

After my k-raise I can choose nostril without to have the tumb over

the other... nice one!

I have stopped using mantras after have read a book of Osho, for me

it is better to pray.

 

Cool water on the feet do god for me to before bed.

prana udana apana samana vyana are related to diferent areas of the boby and come i to focus to do with the tattwas or the five elementals earth water fire air and either, Though what nostril is flowing when any particular element is in conjunction will bring, either auspicious or inauspicious results, These things I am sure can be manipulated though in most cases is better I believe just to be aware and work in with the energies available. My studies have not gone so far down this path so I regret that I can not give any more assessment than that.
