Guest guest
I think I have fried my hypothalamus. For a couple of weeks, I did mantra practice all night long (a seemingly good alternative to insomnia--why waste time anyway?). All sorts of interesting things happened: K surges, OBEs, lucid dreaming, etc. Then I started getting exhausted--I mean, EXHAUSTED. Had a 6-hour long hot flash (no, I am not menopausal), and now my body temperature is constantly about one degree centigrade lower than normal. I have been fighting mild flu-like symptoms, and find it strange that my body is not developing a fever. Chrism, do you have any suggestions? Guest guest
Hey Sel, remember the bit about the breathing? Maybe this will help warm you up or cool you down in the future... Be well, bradly SINGLE NOSTRIL BREATHING If you get too hot simply place your thumb or finger over your right nostril and breathe through the left continuously and with medium force. This activates the Lunar channel (Ida) and will immediately cool your heat. If you get too cold then cover your left nostril breath in a similar fashion and you will warm up. This activates your Solar channel (Pingala). > Then I started getting exhausted--I mean, EXHAUSTED.
