Guest guest
Wow, another great one! So helpful to refer to when the light generated by community service and self-sacrifice is hidden by clouds --- clouds of exhaustion, clouds of bureaucracy, clouds of hopelessness when contemplating the breadth and depth of the the loving work to be done in this world. Hmmm, thought/question. I have been finding that I can't adhere to the Shaktipat rituals or do all the meditation/prayer/yoga/life-of-purity stuff that heightens the frequency of my energetic vibration (the brightness of my light) and still be able to effectively operate on the ground, in this world. It's like my soul requires a certain degree of numbing in order to actively engage the world as a warrioress of love. Feel me? Does that make sense? How do you all balance your spiritual work and worldly service work? LOVE! Guest guest
Hello 'Ia, I'm learning to be more up close and personal and focusing more on what is right in front of me, whereas I used to focus on a larger picture and become overwhelmed with all the needs and problems of those around me and in the world at large. I'm learning that the Moment I'm in is where my work is. Projecting into the future at what I may have to do later is a mind trip. No one knows what later may truly bring. And what is on the horizon may never reach you, as a wave may dissolve away before it reaches the shoreline. Right now is what counts. What is life bringing to you right now? There is always enough grace and love for the Moment...and each Moment brings the grace needed for the job to be done, the service to be given. Doing it this way there is no chance to become tired and numb and weary. We surrender and what is needed flows through us. Its like putting your sail up instead of rowing the boat. Time is needed to receive as well as to give. Shaktipat is a time to receive. Breathe in the Grace, let it flow into you, surrender to your destiny. It is fun, and play, and rejoicing as the flower grows and unfolds. Sunshine is needed, as well as the earth. My two cents!
