Guest guest
Hi and all the other members of this group, I hope everything is fine with you and all the other members. I had 2 questions Chrism. 1) Would you please include me in the Vernal Equinox 2009 Shaktipat and scatterfield. 2) I have found now a good rithm to meditate daily. I do it with pleasure and it is becoming an attitude know. Safeties is almost a daily practice but is a little bit harder. When one of my little daughters becoms ill, they change their sleepingpattern and so they change mines also. When i'm tired and sleepy i tends to skip it and i do :-( But i work on it :-) to make that a daily habit do. I have spontaneous kriyas daily know and when possible i let it happen. it was in the beginning more physical then it is now. It is more subtile and gentle. It is more like tai chi/chi kung but in a natural way. When i meditate and when my meditation deepens i meet the following problem. In the beginning i had during meditation spinal waves which forced to break-up my mediation. Now when i concentrate on my chakras to let the energy flow through my chakras and I inhale and exhale like when doing chakra-breathing (which i'm not doing, if i'm right) i get moola-bandhas i.e. contraction of the perineum which also forces me to break-up my mediation. This only happens my during kriyas or during deep mediation. During kriyas when awake it is not a problem for me, when during meditation it is. I don't want to break up my mediation. What can i do about this. LOL. Anand
