Remember " why " it is you are meditating and allow that understanding to guide you. Your blessed daughters are an incarnated aspect of love for you. Let this love awaken you when it is needed. Your meditations will survive. Your sleep will survive. As you are having the experiences that are due to the Kundalini flow everything is working good for you Anand. The gentle qualities of the Kundalini will persist until the time when you will be given other teachings from the Kundalini to take you into another platform. Please be mindful of your expectations of what " you " the conscious man feels should or should not be. We are not always so aware in our focused physical expression. As you meditate allow the flexible qualities of love to bring the abilities of instant regeneration of your meditation back. As you do this over and over your meditation may change and evolve into an ever present quality. This is an excellent goal for you to reach for my friend! No need for you to do the chakra breathing at this time. Keep it simple and do your practice everyday as you have been! - Good going Anand! Allow as much " surrender of control " by you over the Kundalini as you can.
