Energy has been increasing in my body and pushing down on my head and forehead, sometimes overpowering. I am trying to breathe it down to my first chakra but not getting too much sucess. I had a dream last night. 'I am in staying a village with expensive holiday homes by the ocean. I seem to have been coming and going from the village. Some people are surfing and I join them. The sun is blazing and I am getting burnt from being exposed. An excellent surfer goes out to ride enormous waves that are coming into the bay. I see the bay from an aerial perspective and see how it concentrates the force of the tsumani size waves that are rolling in. The surfer ctaches a huge wave and drops into the barrel, getting puleld under the water for about 4 minutes and almost drowning if he hadnt been rescued by an unknown lifegaurd. I go back to the house I am staying in. A beautiful woman who was my lover before. I enter the bathroom to use the toilet and she has the bathroom ready for her bath. I feel I need to get out so she can have some privacy.' end of dream. I awoke feeling whacked.
