The temples on either side of the head will often feel a pressure as

if an outside force is expanding out ward or that a force is being

pressed into the skull. This is part of the phenomena known as the

" Golden Helmet " In the photo area there are some examples of golden

helmets.

This sensation is a product of the Corona or halo that is of a denser

or more compressed form of the energy that is activated by the

Kundalini. It is Kundalini just a different frequency of it.

This is what is seen as an aura around the head with in the aura

around the body. These phenomena can exert pressure. Sometimes the

ears will feel stuffed or an inner ear pressure will accompany this.

No worries! Nothing is wrong it is part of the process.

Sometimes the pressure in the skull at the temples can build and the

anxiety that can accompany this can be intrusive. There is a manual

way of relieving this pressure but it is hard to describe. I will have

to show you on a video. But as you receive this information allow it

to calm you inside of these phenomena.

You may have a bulge at the third eye as some have mentioned and this

is also natural. Some times the cranial plate will also move and this

can be somewhat frightening but it is natural to this process as well

and no attempts are to be made in interfering with these movements. It

is the Kundalini and part of its agenda with you. -
