HI,

Where is the protein? Sprouts and rice and curd? Are you getting genough?

Also there is nothing wrong with flavor…salt (sea salt of course) etc. And

nothing wrong with a little oil. Extra virgin olive oil is one of the best

oils…in fact a little is not just OK it is good for us, we need some fat in out

diet…just not too much or the wrong kind.

Another consideration is, do you enjoy it? We need to balance health with

pleasure. If this tastes good to you and you enjoy it and it is a well

balanced diet then you have a winning combination!

Do you take any supplements?

A good multi vitamin will help to round out and fill the gaps in any diet.

The there are the " super foods " ,

Wheat grass and other green foods

Berries

Sprouts…I know you already eat them

Cherries

apples

Broccoli

Cabbage

Walnuts

Green tea & white tea

Oh I could go on and on about diet…but I won't.

Rich
