Downloading? -dancing?

Thank you for your reply, Chrism, and sorry I am late in replying. I will try to

take note now that I know its not aliens! As for the Kundalini playing along my

spine, it does feel as if 'they' are dancing.

 

At home we play quite a selection of music from Motown, Classical, soft Rock,

Drumming and Reggae. My Kundalini loves listening to anything with a strong

earthy beat, be it Reggae or a strong classical overture or drumming, and then I

am sure they are dancing. Is this common or just me?

" feel " about these sounds and images next time. Do not be concerned about the

method of transmission. The Kundalini is playing along your spine and has been

Hello, Friends!I'm new here -- 45, female, life-long mystic.   

I meditate sporadically, but I'm really moving toward twice daily.  It's so difficult for me to stick with things, but I keep trying!  I'm looking forward to the Spring Equinox shaktipat.I've had minor kundalini experiences before, once from shaktipat and once from a kundalini reiki attunement.  Both times the experience subsided because, I believe, I didn't meditate or honor it enough.  In all honesty, I just think I wasn't ready yet for it, but things have changed a lot for me since then.

If any of you have suggestions for me on this endeavor, I'm very willing to listen.Thanks.Namaste,Morgan
