I like people to go within and seek out a mantra that is a gift of the divine

within themselves. This isnt always so easy to do so I will at times suggest one

that has worked well for me and here is one:

" I am at one with the all that I am at one with the all that I am at one with

the all that I am at one with the all that I am..... "

This is an overlapping mantra. It is as a mantra into infinity with out an

ending but is as a continuing intertwining of intention and self recognition for

what is being moved towards.

One can also make it a more simple statement with a beginning and end. Such as:

" I am at one with the all that I am. I am at one with the all that I am.... "

etc. Over and over for the entire meditation time.

These can be timed with inhalation and exhalation of the breath and I will also

suggest this.

These can be said to ones self on the bus to work or in the office or during

meditation. If done in the car (as people will do) while driving be sure to keep

the safety of all on the road as the highest priority.

I find these empowering and beneficial towards a type of focus that is

complimentary and expressive towards the conditioning one can have towards the

expression and balance of the Kundalini. -
