Guest guest
It is not always easy to separate life experiences from Kundalini experiences as the life is literally infused with the Kundalini. It is easier in the early stages though. There are differences and they can be felt and witnessed. I say witnessed because due to the agenda of the Kundalini and its diligence in achieving that agenda, the Kundalini will often appear to be on automatic and it can seem very little concern is directed towards how the individual feels. So one "witnesses" the process as much as is an active participant of it. Here is another place where complete surrender of the ego's need for control is most important. One does this by going into a state of neutrality with regard to what is occurring and what may be "expected" to occur. Paddling down the middle of the river without going to either shore. One knows what a normal experience is for themselves as opposed to an abnormal or different experience. These two qualities of experience can become concomitant with each other and express in subtle an unsubtle ways. Total love and energetic surges coupled with headaches that can be brought about by the bliss and so forth. Or fear of the unknown at the same times as kriyas. The way for the beginner is to not go immediately into fear. Easy to say harder to do. But if you know you are having Kundalini this knowledge alone will be greatly helpful in your ego processing of the experience. As you begin to understand what is occurring go to the safeties and begin to follow those protocols daily and in as much detail and diligence as you can. See it as a new and real adventure as you begin to demonstrate the early activation phenomena of the Kundalini. -
